International Hospitality Program

At Mizner Country Club, our International Hospitality Program enriches our world-class dining by welcoming talented team members from around the globe through the J-1 Cultural Exchange and H-2B Seasonal Work Programs. These initiatives bring international students, recent graduates, and experienced hospitality professionals to our Food & Beverage and Culinary departments during peak seasons, where they gain hands-on training, contribute to service excellence, and experience cultural exchange. This program reflects our commitment to excellence, diversity, and global community that defines the Mizner experience.

At Mizner Country Club, we believe great leadership starts from within. That's why we created Mizner University�our in-house professional development program designed to grow confident, capable leaders across every department.

This dynamic, four-month initiative is open to Mizner team members and blends weekly sessions, one-on-one mentorship, leadership book reviews, and presentations from industry experts. Participants gain valuable insight into club operations, leadership principles, and personal growth strategies�all while connecting with Mizner's senior leadership team.

These individuals consistently go the extra mile, enhancing the workplace environment and delivering an exceptional experience for our members. Both programs recognize winners with a plaque, a monetary award, and public recognition through the club newsletter and internal communications. In addition, recipients become eligible for consideration for Employee of the Year or Manager of the Year.
